No. The 5 Yamas translate into auditable AI criteria regardless of your religious or philosophical background. My clients are Christian, secular, Jewish, Muslim. It's framework, not faith. Think of it like Stoicism — you don't need to be Greek to find Marcus Aurelius useful.
They handle provider obligations. You have deployer obligations — AI literacy (Art. 4, already in force), human oversight, transparency, post-market monitoring. Separate track. The "we just use the API" defense does not exist in the Act.
You shouldn't, if what you need is a Big 4 partner's signature on a PDF. If you need working AI workforce deployed with embedded compliance, Big 4 doesn't deliver that — they sub-contract implementation to firms like mine and mark up 3x. I skip the layer.
